positivo l'esame di radioamatore conformemente al regolamento dell'Unione
Internazionale delle Telecomunicazioni (UIT). L'esame in questione corrisponde

CEPT T/R 61-02 (HAREC). Conformemente al regolamento del servizio di radioamatore
vigente in Italia, il titolare del presente certificato ha il diritto
